We are waiting for you in our nice restaurant near the Basilica, not only for Burgers but also for everyone who like the smoky flavors. We love BBQ. That's why we make our meat in charcoal PIT smoker for you at 100-120 degrees Celsius, slowly, in smoke. Thanks to the slow smoking process, every meat will be perfectly tasty.
We pay careful attention to the selection of the appropriate charcoal, incense wood, and the high quality meat. The cattle are from America from the best domestic suppliers, the pork comes from a domestic local butcher. Not all meats are suitable for classic BBQ baking. This type of baking technique also dries the meat at the same time, so the type of meat is very important. We also import Omaha cattle directly from the USA, where the fat and the meat are in perfect proportions to keep it's juicy texture. O the top of that we are using quality Irish cheddar cheese as a crown for our 180 grams of meat burger And a lot of bacon, smoked on apple tree. And finally we put all of these elements to our fresh buns with juicy homemade sauces.
Smoky flavours - PIT SMOKER
In the spirit of Low & Slow (low-temperature, long-baked) we make BBQ meats. The burning process often takes 14 hours in our PIT smoker. Don't forget to taste these meats with a nice pint of Hungarian craft beer.
