Chef Allen Diwan is a well-know figure of Indian gastronomy in Budapest. He was born as the son of a British-Pakistani family, who later settled in UK. Originally he came to Budapest as a medical student in 1998. Soon after, he realized that other challenge awaited for him. From 2000 on, he is into Indian gastronomy and as the highpoint he acquired knowledge from Atul Kochhar, who is an Indian Michelin star chef, in London.
He would like to present simple Indian dishes to his guests. Leaving existing restaurant trend - instead of long pages of menu - he is waiting for his guests with a shorter and lower price menu.
