We enjoyed our meal at ARAZ very much. As a Hungarian/American couple, we found it very courteous that our server would address each of us in our respective language (oftentimes, elsewhere servers speak only to the Hungarian speaker). Our meal - particularly the lamb - was excellent. Lamb is often grisly, with lots of chewy bits, and a gamy taste, but the lamb at ARAZ was tender and delicious, with no yucky bits. The asparagus soup was equally toothsome, but the savarin dessert has room for improvement. The sauce it had been soaked in only reached halfway up the bun, leaving the top portion a bit dry and tasteless. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and the house red wine that accompanied it. The restaurant week concept is great - otherwise, we might never have tried this nice restaurant.
