Dunacorso Restaurant in Budapest

Az étterem külső elegáns megjelenése belépve is folytatódik. Minden munkatárs előzékeny, felkészült. A társaságunk egyik tagja laktózérzékeny, számára azonnal volt több ételjavaslatuk. Ez a figyelmesség és kedvesség végig jelen volt a látogatásunkkor. Az ételek fantasztikusak voltak nem csak ízükben, de a tányéron való megkomponáltságukban is. Az étterem árai magasabbak az általunk megszokottaknál, de ünnepi alkalmakra kiváló "élmény-ajándék" lehet itt egy ebéd vagy vacsora elfogyasztása.

A kilátás a várra csodálatos. A vacsora közben élő zene szólt, ami nagyon jó hangulatot teremtett. Az előétel és a desszert kiváló volt. A főétel az előbbiekhez képest nekem kevésbé ízlett, de az sem volt rossz. A kiszolgálás nagyon kedves.

Finom, jól elkészített, igényesen tálalt vacsorát kaptunk. Az élőzene a kelleténél hangosabb volt.

A restaurant well situated and with a high profile and coming in the top three of Dining City suggested it was worth booking for the second DC week. How wrong could I be. Firstly they refused to acknowledge our booking and when they eventually did find it still failed to show us the special menu until we requested it. The menu, in Hungarian, was kindly translated by the waiter but in terms of service that was about it. The restaurant wasn’t busy but they struggled to serve our drinks and the first course was some 30 minutes or more in arriving. My starter of marrowbone was nice, but measly and the main course was certainly not what I had imagined the dish to be. A small piece of dry braised beef in a bun with a few chips and drizzled with a sauce. Macdonalds could do better. The desert was a chocolate cake which was very nice compared to the rest. I’m not in the habit of giving a poor revue, but for what poses to be a high class restaurant that meal was poor in the extreme. Dining City week gives restaurants the opportunity to showcase their cuisine to prospective customers at a reasonable price which is what we have always had in the past. What we had last night was certainly not representative of their normal menu nor would it encourage anyone to return Sorry, I will not be visiting that establishment again

Mindig hatalmas élmény visszatérni a Dunacorsoba! Az ételek nagyon rendben vannak, a kiszolgálás szintén profi. Remélhetőleg még nagyon sokáig tudunk menni!
