Lokal because it is very important for us to let you know the local farmers. We have a local market near here and so the farmers are not only our suppliers but our friends as well. We learnt that it is worth to fight for the quality local ingredients.
47, because our own farm is in 47 km. On the other hand this number means much more - our aim is to have the most of our suppliers, local farmers from 47 km.
We are lucky, because our restaurant is inside a wine estate, where biodynamic thinking has a priority, not only at the wine making process, but at farming as well.
