The first high-tech building of Szarvas is situated next to route 44 at the bank of the Körös river, and is surrounded by protected and famous bald cypress trees.  
According to our vision all well-developed city has an old and a new town area, often separated by a river. With our hi-tech building we would like to connect our city to this trend. This is how we dreamt the concept of the Újváros Bisztró (Newtown Bistro) which is located in the best part of the two-storey 1314m2 facility. The bistro offers the most beautiful view to the historical old town with its Millennium Monument and the Bolza Castle, and with its ground breaking dynamism provides unique atmosphere for both local and distant visitors.  
The Újváros Bisztró (Newtown Bistro) - with its bar kitchen, specialty coffee, wine and cocktail offer - is a place where our guests can comfortably hold their business or friends meetings, where they can gain new experiences and information, and they can join the daily flow of information.  
The specialty café awaits guests with coffee from an excellent Italian roaster, as well as outstanding specialty coffees from the best domestic and world-leading roasters, artisan bonbons, homemade seasonal lemonades and many other delicacies.
Based on the idea of our creative chef Péter Várvizi and under the supervision of chef Zoltán Piltz, our bar kitchen welcomes gastro lovers with breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar bites, accompanied by the unique offer of our cocktail and wine bar.
