In our restaurant, the traditional Hungarian tavern dishes are typical in a new guise, keeping the classic line. For axample the duck leg is confit, which is of course not a new thing, but it is not a common practice in taverns. Pleasantly seasoned in this way, it is crumbly, tasty, juicy and crunchy.
Fészek Csárda got its name from the Sasfészek-tó resting place, where you can drive off the M1 motorway. The tavern's furnishings evoke the world of bygone eras.
