Marumba is a vegetarian restaurant in the heart of Budapest, in District VII. We create comfort food from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, inspired by classic Hungarian dishes, childhood memories, and the flavors of world cuisines we’ve discovered on our travels.
Our aim is to show vegetables at their very best and to celebrate the joy of sharing a meal, serving nourishing, vibrant, flavour-rich plates that naturally reflect a more sustainable way of eating.
Our wine list focuses on natural, organic and biodynamic wines, while our non-alcoholic drinks are house-made – including kombucha and water kefir, infused with seasonal fruits and fresh herbs.
