The highly successful „Rudas Csin-Csin” event series continues—and this year, we are preparing a truly special evening for Valentine’s Day.

A romantic dinner where everything is set for perfection:

Our special guest for the evening is Sándor Tóth, Chief Winemaker of Vylyan Winery, who will personally share the stories behind every glass and the heritage of the estate.
As he puts it:
„I am open to innovation, but I also believe in the power of well-established traditions. I want to showcase elegance, uniqueness, and reliable quality through my wines.”

This evening is about flavor, atmosphere, wine-and love. The romantic mood is completed by the versatile live performance of Anita Csóka, whose repertoire spans opera, operetta, musicals, chanson, and pop.

Rudas Bistro was born in 2017 from the dream of two old friends, Gergő and Gábor. Our goal was to create a friendly and intimate place that offers stunning views and reimagined Hungarian bistro cuisine. We are proud that every visit to Rudas Bistro is a gastronomic experience. Situated within the historic, nearly 500-year-old Rudas Baths, we aimed to establish a venue that honors the heritage and traditions of this renowned spa.

Az ételek java része finom volt az adagok nagyon voltak, viszont voltak negatívumok is. Előételnek a camembert-et választottam, a sütőtök pürének a fele meleg volt a másik fele pedig jéghideg, a húsos bao is lehetett volna melegebb. A hamburger finom volt, a csirkemelles főételen a pisztáciát én nem találtam. A madártej finom volt az volt talán az egyik legjobb fogás, viszont a szilvás crumble nem nyerte el a tetszésünket, számunkra hiányzott belőle a tészta/morzsa. A bisztroba a fürdő vendégei is bemehetnek, dress code nincsen, tehát meglehet, hogy melletted épp fürdőnadrágban, vizesen eszik valaki. Én úgy gondolom, hogy egy köntös a minimum lenne egy ilyen helyen.

Összességében jól éreztük magunkat. Az előételekre sokat vártunk, utána már gyorsabban ment. Azt mindig kifogásoljuk, ha a pincér nem jegyzi meg, hogy ki mit kért, és újra megkérdezi amikor kihozza az ételt, egyébként mindenki kedves volt. Minden finom és nagy adag volt.

Belépéskor megakadt a szemem egy félmeztelen, fürdőnadrágban vacsorázó "úriemberen",igy kicsit félve ültem le,mi várható még. Na de ami utána jött, nem is gondoltuk volna. A kiszolgálás, az ételek fantasztikusak voltak. Mindegyik egytől-egyik,úgyhogy el is feledtette a kezdeti rossz benyomást. Egyszóval minden fantasztikus volt. Azt azért megjegyezném,hogy ki lehetne tenni,hogy fürdőruhába ne üljenek már be vacsorázni,ennyi tisztelet legyen már az emberekben. Köszönjük az estét.

Csodás panoráma miatt választottuk az éttermet. Nem csalódtunk. Nagyon kedves figyelmes kiszolgálásban volt részünk. Az ételek finomak voltak. Bőséges adagok. Csak ajánlani tudom az éttermet.

Nagyon hangulatos hely a Rudas Bisztró, most voltam először itt. Barátságos és gyors kiszolgálás. Jókedvű, rátermett és közvetlen személyzet. Az étel kiválóan tálalva, az ízek nagyon jól voltak kombinálva. Le a kalappal a Chef előtt. Sajnálattal tapasztaltam, hogy a vezetőség ennek a személyzetnek nem juttatja oda a szervíz díjat.

"Jó, de nem kiemelkedő"

Alapvetően egy kellemes estét töltöttünk el, de van néhány észrevételem, amit megosztanék a javítás érdekében: Én szeretem, ha magázódnak egy étteremben, vagy legalább ahhoz alkalmazkodnak, ahogy én köszönök, a "Sziasztok" nem feltétlenül mutat kellő tiszteletet, főleg ha én nem úgy köszönök. Az italokat kicsit későn kaptuk meg érzésem szerint, már legalábbis vártam, hogy jöjjenek. A leveshez nem kaptunk kanalat, és nem tudtunk egy felszolgálót elkapni, nekünk kellett menni a pulthoz kérni, utána pedig kicsit kelletlenül teljesítették a kérést. A vegán bao-t sajnos nem tudom ajánlani, a tésztája nagyon kemény, ropogós volt, alig lehetett vágni, fogyasztani is kellemetlen volt. A többi fogással nagy gondom nem volt, alapvetően ízletesek voltak az ételek (talán melegebb lehetett volna minden meleg fogás), de elmaradt a hűha élmény sajnos, illetve a lazac mellé adott brokkolin semmilyen fűszer nem volt, csak simán párolva volt (és hideg). Az adagot általánosságban kicsit nagynak éreztem, alig tudtuk a 3 fogást végigenni, pedig éhesen érkeztünk, esetleg egy fix menüsornál lehetne módosítani az adagon, de lehet, hogy valaki számára meg pont az lenne a hátrány...
