Rudas Bistro was born in 2017 from the dream of two old friends, Gergő and Gábor. Our goal was to create a friendly and intimate place that offers stunning views and reimagined Hungarian bistro cuisine. We are proud that every visit to Rudas Bistro is a gastronomic experience. Situated within the historic, nearly 500-year-old Rudas Baths, we aimed to establish a venue that honors the heritage and traditions of this renowned spa.
