The Italian cuisine’s essential element is pasta. There is no real Italian meal without pasta. The name of the restaurant comes from here, “Una Pasta” (Na’ Pasta), which means “I want a dough”.
Na' Pasta Bar & Bistro is proud to have one of the richest pasta selection in town. Highlighting a couple of our pasta selection you can taste home-made casarecce, tagliatelle, spaghetti, maccheronite, or one of the original Italian La fabbrica della pasta gragnano noodles (Spaghetti al Mandolini, Elico Pene, Colone Pompeii, Mafaldine). Of course, we also thought about our guests who do not consume gluten, most of our pasta can be made from gluten-free ingredients based on individual needs. Any of the pizzas of the house can be also chosen from a traditional grain flour, or from black, carbon and kamut flour as well.
In addition to pasta dishes, there are many meat and fish dishes on our menu. We select our salads and vegetables carefully; from organic and bio farms.
The bistro dishes inevitable favourites are the burgers which cannot be missed from our menu. Try Italo Burger, made from premium beef, organic salads, original Italian cheese and homemade roll.
Food is maybe the only universal thing that really has the power to bring everyone together. No matter what culture, everywhere around the world, people get together to eat.
Executive chef, Alessandro Smanio is a native from Ferrara, which may explain why Italian classics like the ricotta, home-made pastas, the creamy risottos with parmesan and the pizzas based on Naples recipe are among our best dishes.
Of course, for meat or seafood lovers we’re providing a variety of meat and fish dishes on our menu as well, besides the pastas.
