The goal of Daniel Bezerics the owner of Paletta is more than just creating and operating a few successful and popular restaurants.
He has a mission: To create local collaboration while popularizing his home, Lake Balaton.
The base of this mission is to support local farmers, product and origin protection and creating a unique experience for the local community.
All of his restaurants attempt to use as many local, fresh and artisan ingredients from the Balaton region as possible. His dishes and his culinary voice can not be mistaken, thanks to its unique and easily recognizable style. Dani and his team share the Balaton experience now in 3 spots: Balatonboglár and Siófok from spring to fall and Budapest all year around.
