An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The service was flawless, attentive, warm, and perfectly paced. The cuisine was outstanding, with beautifully crafted dishes full of balance and creativity, and wine while the ambiance was elegant and inviting. A standout moment was when the chef personally greeted us, shared insights, and even offered a sample of his sorbet celery topping for salads an unforgettable touch. Five stars for service, cuisine, and ambiance. Highly recommended. A HUGE thank you to all staff! We can not wait to go back!!

My husband and I had a truly wonderful evening at Cut & Barrel Salumeria. From the very beginning, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary starter, which set the tone for the rest of the meal. The three courses were all delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. What made the experience even better was the warm and attentive service — the staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing night out. We also loved that we could purchase wine to take home, which was a lovely extra touch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again with friends!

"Atmospheric dinner and good steak, but have some comments"

In general, the food was good, service welcoming and hospitable, steak very delicious, desserts are tasty and starters like tartar are for those who like it and have eaten before. However, I would like to just point out that since the menu has a steak and we know that it has different levels of being done, we were not asked which steak do we prefer so we got medium-rare that we couldn't eat, so would be better to ask the customers how well they want their steak done. But the service was still very helpful because after we told them they took the steak back to kitchen and fried it a bit more. The rice that came with steak gave an impression as if it was cooked long before and was just warmed up before serving. The wine selection however was amazing, best wine i tried so far. This is definitely a place if you want to eat meat and drink good wine.

Az Étterem hét program keretében jártunk először az étteremben.Ebédre érkeztünk, és már az elején jó benyomást tett ránk, hogy a parkolás biztosított.A belső tér is nagyon szép és különleges.A fogadás és a kiszolgálás végtelenül udvarias és professzionális.Az ételek számunkra mind nagyon finomak voltak, igazán érdekes volt belekóstolni a baszk illetve Dél-Amerikai konyhaművészetbe.Szívesen jövünk vissza!
